Meet Joe Bastien
Joe Bastien is a NYC-based film and television editor and assistant editor. He began his career working at a commercial and trailer post house, Evolve Studios. Joe quickly fell in love with editing and the art of storytelling in post production. He honed his skills both as an assistant and eventually worked his way up to an editor, cutting high-end commercials for clients such as National Geographic, ESPN, and Netflix.
More recently, Joe has made the jump into the narrative film and television world, where he works as an assistant editor.
He lives in Manhattan with his wife, Kendall, and edit room assistant doggo, Zoey. He spends his free time playing sports, guitar, and checking out the endless NYC food scene.
